ICS Intermediate Orchestra Rehearsals
Iroquois
Iroquois Community School orchestra students have been busy meeting twice a week before school starts to dive deeper into learning more about their craft.
The ICS Intermediate Orchestra morning rehearsals typically involve students who have a foundational understanding of their instruments and basic music theory.
Orchestra Teacher Mr. Dominique Radtke said these rehearsals focus on developing ensemble skills, refining technical abilities and interpreting music with greater expressiveness.
The rehearsals often include warm-ups, practice of selected pieces and guidance on how to improve music performance and collaboration within the ensemble.
The students are looking forward to performing their first concert this fall for families and friends!
